1. Introduction

Welcome to Bellayna, a boutique management system. By using the system you agree to these terms.

2. Free trial

We offer a free 15-day trial with full access to the chosen plan. No payment details are required during the trial.

3. Subscription and payment

After the trial, a paid subscription is required to keep using the system. Subscriptions are monthly or yearly and are billed in Omani rials.

4. Data protection

Each boutique has its own separate database. We do not share your data with third parties. Connections are encrypted and databases are backed up daily.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current period. You may request an export of your data before cancelling.

6. Acceptable use

The system may be used for lawful commercial purposes only.

7. Support

Support is available by WhatsApp and email, Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm (Muscat time).

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email.
