1. Who we are

Bellayna (bellayna.com) is a cloud system for women's boutiques in the Gulf. This page explains what we collect from visitors and subscribers, and how a boutique's own data is kept.

2. What we collect

  • When you register: your name, phone number, email, boutique name, chosen subdomain and country.
  • When you contact us: what you write to us by form, email or WhatsApp.
  • When you use the site: pages visited, approximate location from your IP, device and browser, and the advertising click identifier (such as Google's gclid) when you arrive from an ad.
  • Payments: handled by our payment gateway OmPay. Card numbers never reach our servers and we never store them.

3. Your boutique's data belongs to you

Every boutique gets its own separate database: products, customers, merchants, sales and staff. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for advertising. Our team opens it only to run the service or to help you when you ask for support. If your subscription ends, the data stays and you can read it; we delete it when you ask us to.

4. Cookies and measurement

We use cookies that are needed to keep you logged in and to remember your language. We also use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure which pages and which ads bring subscribers. Those services set their own cookies and receive an identifier for the visit, not your boutique's data. You can block cookies in your browser; the site keeps working, but our measurement becomes incomplete.

5. Where the data is stored

On servers in Singapore (DigitalOcean), over an encrypted connection, with a daily backup.

6. Who else sees data

  • OmPay — to take subscription payments.
  • Brevo — to send our emails.
  • Welo Web — to send WhatsApp notifications about your subscription.
  • Google — analytics and ad measurement, as described above.

We hand data to no one else, except where a law or a court in the Sultanate of Oman requires it.

7. Your rights

Write to support@bellayna.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within five working days.
